Would not recommend working with this staffing group. They are highly unprofessional and pay very low rates. They do not know much information on the contracts that they own and are deceitful in their business practices. They were not able to provide any information on the jobs they were securing. They did not know when shifts had been cancelled or changed. There was no on boarding or training. They would also ask you to arrive at sites early for “training” yet not compensate for that time. It was very frustrating to work with such an unprofessional and erratic group. There are many other staffing agencies out there that I would easily recommend over Mint Physician Staffing. Worked with recruiter Golden Edochie.

Fantastic agency, I work with a lot of them and these folks are among the best. Always fast to answer my questions or concerns. Fantastic credentialing people to make sure privileges are granted on time. Lot's of good jobs/facilities to chose from with good pay rates.
