My son and I took a Covid test 9 days ago. Our neighbor took one at a free clinic two days after us and she received her results 1.5 days ago. We still have yet to receive our results. When I call to inquire I was told because it has not been 10 days since testing, therefore, they are not allowed to call the lab and inquire about the results. That it is possible to for patients that took their test after us to receive their results before us. Free clinics and Urgent Cares seem to get their results a lot faster. CVS has no empathy for the people that are out of work without pay awaiting their results. Can't believe they are charging for this! I will NEVER solicit this entity again.

I just left this minute clinic for something with my nose. First, I waited for over 2 or 3 hours. Which was fine, because I was able to leave and come back. So after sitting for an hour in the clinic, the nurse practitioner Pamela Turner finally called me back. I told her what I thought was going on with my nose and that was it. She wrote me a prescription. Being a nurse, I know an assessment was still needed. She didn’t even look in my nose. She barely talked to me. We sat in silence mainly as she looked at her computer. If she is writing prescriptions just based off of what patients are telling her, that is malpractice. I understand her being tired but you’re in patient care, you know what to expect. She needs to reevaluate her career choice. I expected more from a NP.
Doesn't pick up Phones when you call .....also address is very hard to find takes you to a Auto store non stop just annoying
In and out pretty quick (way faster than doctor office or urgent care). The doc was nice, fast, and efficient. Will definitely be coming back...but not too soon hopefully. Getting sick isn't fun.
Dr. Turner was dismissive and insensitive of my medical concerns. I have been very sick for 9 days, with a fever, and she said it sounds like a sinus infections and told me to get rest. She prescribed amoxicillin and said it will be ready in a few minutes. I then waited for an hour and 45 minutes for the medicine. Staff is very slow and not concerned about their patients. Will not be coming back.
