We stopped here and looked at all of the models. We were VERY impressed! Drywall, gable roofs slight vault, open floor plans with AWESOME kitchens and master suites! 1800 square feet very affordable. You must check these out if you are on a budget!!

The past 8 months has been a complete nightmare working with odas cutlip, the owner of miracle mod homes. At first odas seems like a honest and genuine person, but as soon as the contract was signed his true colors showed. He is extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and a horrible “business man”. The workers he hires never show up when he says they will and the jobs they complete are poorly done or not completed correctly. Odas continually lied and had the audacity to lie about the amount of money the bank was giving him in hopes he could pocket around 30,000. After that he said he ran out of money and wouldn’t be able to finish fixing the issues inside and outside of the house. Electrical, plumbing, cracks in the walls, siding falling off the house in multiple spots are just a few of the jobs that need to be completed. Save yourself the headache and do not waste your time, energy, and money. As long as odas runs miracle mod homes the business is a complete joke.
