This is a perfect spot! Beautiful sand and water. There are clean restrooms and a place to shower off. There is a ramp entrance at the restroom building. To the left or right you will find stair entrances down to the beach. Pompano Joe's also has an entrance to a lower beach bar area with available tables and chairs if you're eating or drinking there, they open at 11am. If you bring a canopy or tent type grotto you will need to assemble it in line with others farther back from the water, as only umbrellas and chairs can be placed closer to the water. There is ample parking. If it's packed go down Driftwood rd. across from this beach access you will find overflow parking. You can access the restaurant this way also if you can't park easily in main area.

Delicious food! I was pleased. My son did not enjoy the fried platter. My husband was not thrilled with the scallops. My red snapper galante was perfect! Our waitress was wonderful. Very long wait. No reservations taken.

Has everything you need right there! The parking is ample this time of year also... January and February!!

Nice and clean. Free entry to the beach. It was cold out, but worth it. It's very relaxing and peaceful when there's minimal people here at the beach. Would visit again.
