Clean and Well Maintained Property, Safe Community, Happy Home Owner. The property is very well maintained by the on site staff, the office manager and assistant are very kind, professional and efficient. (Just don't walk in with any monkey business - they know what they're doing and the stunts that renters will pull sometimes go over like a lead balloon.) They've done a wonderful job of ensuring the residents' safety, making updates to the property whenever necessary, and are on top of any issues. To address what someone mentioned about snakes on the property - what they fail to acknowledge is that the location is in the middle of the Everglades. There are also ducks, herons, spiders and a variety of other COMMON animals and insects to this area. The property is by no means overrun with pests, and if someone doesn't expect to see these things, then perhaps they should research the geography of the area a little more. As a lifelong Florida resident, you shouldn't be too surprised to see some of the native wildlife once in a while.. That being said, I've never actually seen a snake here myself despite the transparency in the association with very visible signs near any of the bodies of water making you aware that they may be present. The grass is trimmed very short every other week by a landscaping company, which would help keep any snakes from lying around. Being a homeowner here, I'm very happy with the property and the staff (and have even convinced some friends to buy in here.) We have a gated community, on site security guards and cameras for safety. My family and I feel very safe here, and are very happy. They also recently installed a new gated playground for the kids. If you are interested, like I tell anyone - check it out and do the research for yourself.

Gated townhome/condo community located in SW Broward County. Management is very responsive. I represented a buyer and I market and sold a property in said community. Easy access to restaurants, parks, hospitals and I75. Grounds are well maintained. I recommend this community.

I really enjoy owning here. The Condo association are simply doing their job by looking after the interests of residents. and owners. This is a great, quiet, well-kept, low-crime community with great public schools nearby!

Unprofessional office. I have only been in a unit that I am renting for 2 months and already being harassed by the office over a false accusation. The unit was fined by an unauthorized unlicensed property manager. Yvette is not licensed to manage a property, FL law states a Condominium needs to have a LICENSED Property Manager if they have over 10 units. She has a felony on her record and should not be allowed to work in an association. Do not rent in this community, you will be harassed by a lady who knows nothing about her job. Take my advise, rent somewhere else.
