Our move in process was smooth. Hilton in the rental office he’s very helpful and nice also informative and patient. I’m doing this review because it came to my email about my maintenance experience for the request I put in recently.Maintenance never came. I put in a request 2 weeks ago, these are some of the same repairs I asked to be done the time of move in when was ask to complete the move in check list. I just give up on asking so I guess it will never be repaired. Valet trash is Convenient but it makes the hall and stairway dirty, I think maybe it should be washed down once a week so it can have a better appearance when coming home.
My dryer broke and after I called to report it in the office. Maintenance came 2 hours later to fix it. The man was super professional and kind. he fixed my issue in less that hour and half. Very good Service Thanks.
The photos I posted are from waterproofing jobs done there but overall seems like a nice place to live
Always had very good service. Enjoyed living there fo 12 years.
