Clean and well maintenanced. I and others have had issues with an employee that tends to talk to community members like dogs. It is their place of work, not their home. Other than this, there is a good security presence and safety protocol. Great for the entire family. With an indoor camera monitored children's playroom, as well as an outdoor playground in clear view from the gym as well as the pool. Well maintenanced gym, large pool and clean Locker rooms.

Too many renters not following the rules! Late night loud parties, cops being called, people not picking up after their dogs or sneak letting them run loose, HOA office women NEVER answer the phone or call you back. Some of the security guards just let people through without calling home owners, and it's frustrating when someone just shows up at your door. What's the sense of having a security guard if they're just going to let the people through?! There have been solicitors showing up at our house even though NO soliciting is allowed. The property is very well maintained but the residents are selfish by parking on the sidewalks blocking usage. The property manager is friendly and very accessible and helpful when issues arise.
