Excellent company with great work ethics. Communicates very well with his clients. Calls to let you know when they will be there and hauls away any debris that occurs during the job. Asks before leaving, if you are satisfied and is very proud of the work they do. I would recommend this professional group to anyone. Thank you again Wilberto!

In the sector of home repair and renovations it’s rare to find good people with quality customer service and excellent work, but Wilberto and his company South Florida caulking and waterproofing are more than deserving of five stars. I had an emergency issue in a newly purchased home with water intrusion through an exterior wall coming into our bedrooms. Wilberto and his crew showed up promptly, assessed the problem and determined the issue being a crack along the block wall, underneath the stucco. Wilberto shifted his companies schedule to help me in my emergent situation and made us a priority. They removed the stucco and repaired the crack also applying a waterproofing barrier. Their work was very diligent, clean and professional. His guys were friendly and happily answered any questions I had. Wilberto himself was always available by phone and came by to inspect the final quality of work. I can’t say enough good things about them and I appreciate them making myself and my family a priority in a bad situation. I would highly recommend them and would gladly call them again for any services.

South Florida Caulking & Waterproofing Key Features: Professionalism, Attention to Detail and Customer Service and Satisfaction. From the detailed inspection to the final walk through, Wilberto Paret and his team deliver. Owner will come out personally and listen to what the customer is concerned about, inspect the areas of concern and after his inspection will provide recommendations how he would proceed to best resolve the issue. This company uses top-notch commercial waterproofing products, a 10-year warranty provided and it is stated in the proposal/contract provided. His two to four man team worked were very courteous and worked as a unit to tackle the job. My particular job tool several days, it was expected due to the quantity windows in my home, what needed to be done to each window plus the added challenge of a second story. All the old caulking and windows were cleaned and prepped, then the new caulking product applied to the pre-determined areas. Some of the window required different treatments due to the different style of construction. The Caulking/weatherproofing material was applied to the windows as agreed upon. The windows deteriorating screw head were replaced and the existing ones also treated with product to prevent further deterioration. After the end of the project, Wilberto performed a final walk through with me to review the work done and literally asked “Are you happy and satisfied with the work”. I can see that this company takes pride in their detailed work and customer satisfaction. I truly was very happy with the work performed and am I planning to hire them on another project I am about to tackle later on this year. Thumbs up for this company. Mayra from Miramar
