I am so pleased with our 'lamp' personalized for our son's and his college football team. It is just as advertised and such a fun item. I was impressed with packaging for safety and also they message inside that they would be happy to answer any questions or assist in anyway. I will definitely order other items!

I ordered a very cool night light for my nephew from Mirror Magic Store through Amazon to be shipped via USPS. 3 weeks later I got a notification on Amazon that it was lost in the mail. Rather than go through Amazon, I contacted Mirror Magic Store on the phone and spoke with the owner, Marty. He took my information and sent the gift priority mail, "eating" the shipping cost himself.
