When we shared we were having some evidence of mice getting into the church building, Nathan was quick to try to determine how they were getting in and then come up with a treatment to keep anymore from getting in and eradicating any that were still in the building. He communicates well what he is doing and what he has noticed. He is attentive and friendly. Whenever we call, Angela is always very friendly on the phone and eager to get us set up for our regular treatments.

Termishield Technician Nathan Baker detected and treated a long-term problem I had with wasps entering my home in several locations. He was able to spot a wasp nest within minutes of beginning his inspection, after a technician from another service had previously spent an hour inspecting our home's chimney and attic without finding the source of the wasps. Nathan clearly explained the treatments he used and how they worked. The treatments were immediately effective. Dozens of wasps exited the nest and died as they fell. I was impressed with his professional attitude, his depth of knowledge and instincts. I would recommend Nathan and Termishield to anyone with a pest problem.

I got a prompt return phone call from the office. Kevin my tech was on time And was super helpful and friendly. He explained everything he would be doing and was very reassuring that they would help take care of the problem. I highly recommend termishield! Like the fact they give you that 30 min phone call to let you know they are on their way.
