Products are awesome. My only concern is they’ve been in Florida only for the longest. Every order I make, even if I pay next day shipping it always gets delayed. My orders still have to wait more than 4 days no matter the shipping. If I get the free shipping, it takes about 10 to 14 days to deliver. I’ve order from Mermaid Wax or Wax Connection and receive my orders next day with next day shipping.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced as a beauty professional!!! Do not recommend Wax has a horrible smell and my wax pot had a dangerous cord it has a eclectic issue it seems to be burning inside the cord. Customer satisfaction is their least priority. Don’t waste your time

I ordered a 2.2 warmer and the cord has some sort of issue it looks like when turned on something is burning inside the cord. I wanted to exchange the product for a new one just the same but it’s on back order and they can’t send one until they receive this one. It’s already on back order so I’m just outta luck either way. I spent over 600 with this company and regret it. The wax smells horrible. Works horribly. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
