Mr. Maldonado and his crew did our landscaping, a cedar fence, and a concrete driveway. All was done on time and on budget no issues what so ever. I highly recommend 365 Construction definitely 5 stars.

After one calendar week, one missing elderly family pet, an incomplete temp fence, strangers in multiple vehicles at irregular hours, our neighbors are attempting to have a cedar fence installed. After a week, I called to speak to Gilberto Maldonado, who not only has no problem with the “quality” of work, he was annoyed that I was calling when I was not the customer, who paid in full and is not receiving service. Please, do not consider that basic human decency, compassion, or understanding will be given at the willing incompetence of Gilberto Maldonado. We are heartbroken and simply because, they could not be held in good faith to follow through with basic service agreement (2 days). Go to the next place they are crooks!
