Both the eye doctor and staff were rude and they just wanted to get rid of me. There was one lady that treated me with respect and good customer service, the pre eye examiner lady. My actual eye exam was rushed through he wouldn't give me time to really look through the eye machine tester, he just rudely changed the dials and asked \can you see better with this one?\ He literally ignore my questions!!!! They really need a complete staff change or a intense training course on customer service excellence.

Subpar experience at best. Dr. Sansanelli was very rude, abrupt and clearly does not care about patients needs or visual comfort. Zero stars if it was possible.

Second time giving them a try. First time was in McAllen second time in Mission. Both times bad service. Do not recommend giving them a try.

super bad service .. from the specialist to the receptionist ... arrogant people. They lost one of my pairs of glasses and they do not know when they will give them to me .. nothing organized and very rude ... I prefer walmart that although they increased the prices I think it is more worth it .. here I spent 350 for a terrible service and glasses of poor quality .. I know my mistake, but I already learned ..

Tried to give the wrong size of contacts after they had the paper tell them what suze, now won't answer the phone.
