I gave them a call and asked what down payments look like, I spoke to a guy named Jr. He explained that at the time down payments could range from 1000 to 1500 so I thought that was very reasonable. Once we arrived non of the vehicles had such down payment. They say this over the phone just to get you to visit the lot. Jr, the sales guy, seem like a genuine guy trying to sell, I get it that's his job, but that changes once you start talking about price and negotiating. He turns into smug and arrogant guy terrible salesman. We looked at a Toyota and he said he would do a 2100 as a down payment and that was what he could do and was not going to get into it with the customer over it, it was take it or leave it type of thing. He wouldn't hear any counter offers or hear anything else. His sales strategy is to bully the customer into a deal that he sees fit. When I told him that down payment wouldn't work he said what type of down payment are you looking for? in a very bothered and impatient tone. Well, you did say that you had cars for 1000 to 1500 down. We were interested in the car but the customer service was terrible. I am not trying to put down anyone but guy needs to calm down, you work at a used car lot. Jr you're not out there selling Lamborghini's.

Just left with my Nissan Rogue,asked them to correct the things wrong with it, well they want me to leave my only vehicle I have there for days and just give me a ride home!! So what is the point in having a 2 year warranty on vehicles if you can't land us a vehicle to get home and keep going to work!!?? So frustrated, I just got my vehicle 3/21/2020
Called about a car we saw on the lot. No answer. Left message with name and phone number to return my call. Did not call me back. ???
If I could give this place ZERO stars I WOULD. They have the WORST MANAGER EVER, terrible customer service, and the WORST CARS EVER. Our car supposedly had a “clean car fax” then we ran into 1,200 worth of problems with our vehicle and we’ve had it for 8 months and they didn’t care at ALL. Don’t ever go with these people, they’ll screw you over so bad.
