Spa Utopia

We had called in advance to make 4 appointments they were not staffed to serve us all at once we there for 2 hours and didn't get all out services due to time and others Being put before us. For some reason my French manicure turned out like this.

Place overall looked okay but I went there about a week ago and I asked for shellac and it’s already coming off. She also didn’t ask for shape and left my skin overall very dry. She also didn’t paint them well and my husband said they look very ugly. She also cut me. Worst place ever. Don’t come here. Save your money.

Walked in. 1 girl asked me what service i needed. I said full set. She then laughed and turned to asked the other girl in the back to asked her a question about my full set. Then i replied \can u or not\....the girls were debating to whether or not i guess for whatever the reason was.... Then was told no couldnt do my nails so i said \ok then bye\. But they didnt care they were losing a customer. Idk bad service for me and i didnt even get my nails done lol

Love the spa!!! Came thinking on getting a manicure left with pedicure and facial done! Several services offered at a good price not expensive. Enjoyed the vibe and the service.
