I paid 150 for a hand wash/wax with engine detailing. They were supposed to shampoo the carpets and do a leather treatment on the seats as well. The engine was filthy. The leather doesn’t look like they did anything. I always thought that customers who would watch the workers detail their vehicles were rude. This place makes me understand why this would be necessary. This place is probably ok for for a low cost wash but definitely not worth the extras. To their credit they offered to let me bring it back but I won’t.
After coming home to inspect my car (I know I should have done it there) my rims where not cleaned at ALL! Called them to complain and they told me to take it in the next day. I did just now and they told me “The works” means they will clean the car as much as they can but if it can’t be clean they won’t do it. The man also said they use the same cleaning supply on the carpets as they do on the rims. He said that’s why it won’t come off. Well no sh*t Sherlock, you need to use different cleaning supplies for everything. I think we all know carpet and rims are made of two different material. Never going back and waiting to get my refund. DON’T advertise “The works” if you don’t have the proper cleaning supplies. Definitely should have just gone to the HEN car wash for 10 bucks. Takes 10 minutes and my rims actually come out cleaner. How do own a car wash without the proper cleaning supplies.
My car was thoroughly disgusting and needed a full detailing. I left it there for 8 hours and when I picked it up - it looked new, inside and out. They didn’t just shampoo my carpet. There were two year old stains all over the ceiling above the front seat from when a soda exploded, and they scrubbed those out too. Basically, there was not a single surface in my vehicle that they did not go over. And I’m telling you, they had a lot of work to do in that car. I had an 8 hour drive home the next day in the rain, and on all of my windows, the water beaded up and ran off, leading me to conclude that the full detailing includes a rain-x type treatment, which was delightful. Overall, I was very satisfied with the job that was done, regardless of how long it took.
