I have my car and life insurance with David Rozeff. When I have any questions or concerns I can count on them to answer and address them quickly and professionally. Whenever I call them even about the smallest things to having to file a claim everyone in the office is so attentive and caring. Brenda is so passionate about helping me with all my questions and always goes above and beyond. You can tell that she really loves her job and that she is very educated in the insurance industry. I would and have recommended David Rozeff-State Farm Insurance to my friends and family. As far as the bad reviews on here...It's too bad this platform is used to give destructive feedback. These types of posts lessen the credibility of people using reviews sites for meaningful feedback, good or bad. The review website becomes a medium for sabotage by irrational customers who are out for revenge when their unreasonable demands aren't met. \I'll show them\ slanderous and inaccurate comments are made for the public to review without recourse. I will continue to do all of my insurance business with this office because it is hard to find people that are so passionate about their jobs and make me feel so at ease when dealing with such important decisions that will affect me and my loved ones. For roughly 2 years I have been Insured through David Rozeff Insurance. In most cases I have dealt with Brenda Rios and have always been greeted with with exceptional customer service .DR State Farm Insurance has Great rates, prompt and polite customer service, and great coverage options. In my experience, claims are processed quickly and with professionalism. I honestly can't think of any bad experience I have had with this agency. Every insurance company in the country should look to David Roseff Insurance Agency as a model of how to operate. If you visit the Agency be sure to ask for Brenda Rios to find out for yourself. I know this may be a little bit wierd...but i'm actually the same Wanda from earlier... i was in a bad place at that time in my life when i said such horrible things of Brenda from state farm.. i'm actually 36 years old and was going thru a divorce and alot of other unexpected devastation in my life.. The bottle or bottles was my answer to it all....Drink your sorrows away..as they say.. but No , that wasn't the answer and either was bashing an innocent person that was obviously getting the backlash from my tremendous emotional wreckage. I apologize from the deepest core in my soul and heart and hope that she could find it in her to forgive me. she was nothing but helpful and patient....
