Flash Pet Salon & Hotel is the first grooming place where my dog feels safe, I've taken him to many different places and he would always come out shaking and scared, since the first time I took him here he was so calm when I picked him up, this is the second time and same experience. About the grooming, this is also the first place where my Toy Poodle has had a really nice stylish teddy bear face haircut. Owner and staff with very good manners, excellent customer service, salon location it's awesome and the place is clean, They really treat your pet as they deserve to be treated. Brownie and Brownie's mom and dad love this place

They did an okay job tbh. The price for both and teeth cleaning seemed to be a bit pricy. Its 71 for 2 small dogs of 15lbs and less. My dogs were shy and such but only because they've never been near anyone else other than us and our family. The nails they did good on one since she has a crooked nail ( was already there when we adopted them ) but the other it seems like they didn't do much and seemed to still be pointy. Other than that its a great place. They say they would call us when they're ready. But it was already close to closing time and we haven't received a call. They seemed to be a bit annoyed when i called to check on them because we should get a call. But im calling cuz its 2 pups who hardly been separated and tend to be scared with new people and they said they would be done in 2-3 hrs.
My dog would always come back from other salons so scared and the first time we brought her here she was so calm. Now she follows us to the car and gladly jumps in when she knows we're taking her to get groomed because they take great care of her!! They always call with any concerns they have for her and she comes home looking fabulous. I will never stop bringing her here
I took my 2 mini schnauzers (Nibbler and Rebel) and was nervous because my girl dog (Rebel) had only been to a groomer once before. The employees were very friendly and understanding about her being nervous. They came out super cute and smelling great! (I brush their hair at home at least once a week, though. Don't expect a super cute cut from anywhere if you don't take care of their hair regularly.)
Great service and amazing prices. Probably some of the best prices in the valley. Highly recommended.
