I never write reviews but I feel I should share.. Also I should note that my phone worked and functioned properly and I never had any issues with it beforehand. I took my phone in to have the back glass replaced. There is honestly so many more problems I encountered but the main one is my phone now turns off every 3 mins. No exaggeration it is non functional. I did receive a full refund so for that I rate the customer service to be decent. However, that doesn't change the fact that now I am stuck with a non working phone.
