Top notch place! I've recommended it to my clients and they've all enjoyed it. I've attended a few events here and the staff has always been friendly and lots of attention to detail. It's located in historic downtown mission so it's pretty close to the expressway.

Food tasted good, but all other issues were too big to disregard. Customer service-horrible. My husband and I wanted to talk to Norma to resolve some issues before writing a review and negotiate a refund. We didn’t get a response at all. We really thought they would be professional and appropriate in resolving. Issues we had were huge-some of our tables didn’t get food (quite embarrassing) because they ran out. We did count guests and we actually had less than what we agreed on for number of plates. We paid 1,800 for 150 plates, water, and tea. We only got 100 OR LESS plates and 4 appetizers-very upsetting and disappointing. With that said we didn’t get for what we paid for. Another issue was they arrived late and the food looked like it was tossed quickly. Ugly presentation of food. Some tables got a different plate chicken with gravy that we hadn’t ordered. Norma wasn’t responsive or open to our requests. Most vendors were open to new ideas and tried to meet our needs as appropriate for customers. She would stop replying when it had to do with an issue or a special request. When it was about payment she was quickly to respond. I do not recommend their catering services. And if chosen I recommend not paying fully until the day of, huge mistake to pay them fully in advance.
My daughter had her wedding here this past Saturday & the venue was decorated beautifully, the food was delicious the cake and dessert table was so pretty but the DJ was HORRIBLE, they asked for a playlist which was given a week prior to the event & he played the wrong song for the wedding march (a rap breakup song) My DAUGHTER IS SO UPSET THAT THIS SOMG IS WHAT WILL BE ON HER WEDDING VIDEO (Lucid Dreams by Juice wrld) even though the right song was confirmed 5 minutes prior to the wedding starting. He played the wrong 1st dance song & he didn’t play any songs on the playlist & when asked to play something he ignored people & just connected his phone & walked away. Very rude man. The venue was super hot and when he was asked to please make it cooler he said no that’s how it is & I know it’a not because I have been to several events there none with a bad experience & later a nice lady that was there I guess made it cooler. The toast glasses weren’t brought out from the office & the wedding favors were not puf on the tables & were also still in the office today (Tuesday) the Champagne bottles were not served nor were they returned & the pan de polvo wasn’t served with the cake even though they said if we brought it they would serve it. We should have known when we showed up earlier in the day & the tables were set up wrong (table covers) but we trusted when we were told everything would be right. The one main thing that really makes me upset is my daughter being heartbroken and mad after waiting 18 years to officially get married & to have her walk down the aisle memory be walking to a song that starts with; still see your shadows in my room Can't take back the love that I gave you It's to the point where I love and I hate you And I cannot change you so I must replace you (oh) Easier said than done. REALLY?? Who wants that for their wedding march??? AND it was ‘t even on the playlist so he can’t use that as an excuse. Horrible is the only word that comes to mind.
Good place to have an event, just make sure,that you get what they offer.
