If I could rate 0 stars I would. Truly terrible quality of linen.bThere are 10 queens in a bundle and I'm lucky if I get 3 good ones. We've had mission for quite some time and I wish my company would switch over. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MISSION LINEN.

I'm not sure I have ever experienced such poor quality service with any company and I would strongly recommend avoiding using Mission Linen. They ruined my professional white coats and delivered them to me wrinkled and stained - before I had even had a chance to use them. I returned the coats to be cleaned again (against my better judgement), and the company lost a white coat that cost 100. Their solution to this issue was to provide me with several heavily used, stained and wrinkled generic white coats. They are completely unusable. They refuse to provide me with a new replacement for the item they lost. I will be sure to never use their services again and would give 0 stars if this were possible. Avoid at all cost.

Our company has been doing business with Mission Linen Supply for over a decade. Over the past couple of years the quality of their linens have dropped tremendously. They deliver table cloths and napkins that are dirty, stained and discolored. We've tried for the past couple of years to get this problem resolved to no avail. Lack of management and leadership is driving this thriving business into the ground.
