This company is a scam! Do not trust them. Their company photos are all lame stock photos, all the good reviews are so obviously fake, and their address is a person's home in a residential neighborhood and not a large commercial building like they try to make you believe from the photos. This is sad, one person fell for it already as you can tell from the only real review. Hope more people dont fall for it

Does your company by any chance sell pallets of merchandise to the general public, for example can I take my truck and purchase a pallet of merchandise as a regular customer.

I bought a 178 table...they then charged me 235 for freight for a 2’x4’ box...said it couldn’t be shipped by ups or fedex which is a lie. It took them two months to get it here as well. There customer service is the worst I have dealt with in some time...I called numerous times with the promise of a callback or email and never received anything. Beware and DO NOT SHOP with these con artists. I must add to this as I just received a 280 lb arbor press (30 ton shop press) which was a decent size as well from Fedex. Now, I want it to be known that I was not charged an exorbitant shipping fee for this service as I was by this company. I also ordered this press after the table...and received it a month before the table...horrible company. If I was able to post pictures of Material Handling Solutions product, it would be the nail in the coffin. After over a month since I drove to the warehouse and personally picked up this product in the back of my Nissan Pathfinder( the package that fedex couldn’t deliver) these crooks have the audacity to contact me and state that there is a lift gate charge they expect me to pay...what liftgate? This company is a fraud as far as I’m concerned and I will be reporting them to the BBB as well. What a joke this establishment is. I truly hope that many read this and understand that I am a true man of principle and integrity...neither of which this company understands.
