We made the biggest mistake ever by burring my father at the seaside facility. The General Manger does not answer phone calls and the entire staff tells you something different about the costs and opening hours. They say they close at 5 pm for COVID! What does COVID have to do with family and friends visiting their loved ones final resting place? They change their policies whenever it convenient to them. The new security company individuals are very rude and show up sometimes before 5 or later. My mom should have buried my dad in the Monterey facility that is open till dusk, like almost all the other cemeteries. They say they have CLARK Pest Control coming each month, but where my dad is there are lots of ants and ant holes and pincher bugs and other strange bugs walking all over the markers and its impossible to sit next to the markers on the ground and not get bitten. The Muslim section had not water sprinklers till recently but they are not used often. The grounds in the muslim section have no real shrubs or plants. The staff only cares about milking the already distraught family members of the diseased. They show no empathy or feelings towards the families after you burry a loved one there. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

I do not recommend using these people for any kind of services. Sandra and Stefanie proved to be unprofessional and rude when I needed guidance and help the most. I finally had to resort to going into their office to confront them about their lack of professionalism. They proceeded to talk to me in an unprofessional manner, show me disrespect and blame one of their coworkers for their shortcomings. That coworker was the only professional that tried to help me. I do not recommend using this place. Disgraceful!
