I moved to Mission place recently and wanted to share my experience. Both Alberta and Erica made my the transition go much smoother by assisting me with my paperwork. First I met Erica, I was impressed by her being informative and friendliness with professionalism. Alberta welcomed me and treated me very well making me feel at home. It makes such a difference that every time I come from work that is how I feel when I opened my apartment door. Thank you!

The garage space I was given began dripping some fluid on my car that permanently damaged the paint on my car. Their lack of maintenance caused damage to my car yet I was told that I would have to go through my insurance to fix it. I am disappointed in their response time and lack of concern.

Horrible place true what every say about it. They never gave us our signed lease and now we can’t get out of the lease until another 60 days even though we gave the letter stating we are not renewing the lease 60 days like the said and they lost it and don’t have it. They Said there is nothing they could do about it. With everything going they could take responsibility for it but no all they want is money. The apartment is horrible. Very unhappy

I moved 2 weeks ago maintenance they are responsive, during our search we were looking for safety and cleanness. Safety is not what we had found we pay 2 spots and since we moved the parking spaces had been use by other people that doesnt even have stickers, the garage door is broken and hasn't been fixed so the entire neighborhood uses the parking garage. We saw a car with a broken windshield i was told they someone broke cause they were park in their spot . The hallways are fealty since we have valet trash they drag the trash bags and of course are stains all over the carpet The contamination us extremely high since the hallways smells really bad . If you are looking for safe garage, cleanness, this is not the place . We are still waiting on our parking spaces, the mailbox key,and most important the gate to get fix

I have lived here for a little over a year, I see all the complaints people made and the reviews and some are just bogus! There is plenty of visitors parking space on the first floor garage and none of my visitors have evenlr hard their car towed. The issue with the dog poop is fairly true, my first year here, I had no issues at all but it appears like lately they have rented out to some shady people. I've never felt majorly unsafe her but then I am very security conscious. The management should do better at reviewing who they rent to. I will be moving out when my lease if up. Over all for the price its not great value!
