MPH&C is amazing! We use them for two commercial buildings. They are always professional. They communicate great. We had an appointment set but their techs couldn't make it because they were helping another customer. They were able to reschedule us quickly. We appreciate that they help others and don't rush on jobs! They are always helpful with any questions we have and let us know exactly what needs to be done without trying to sell us on additional services. We will continue to use this company for all our HVAC needs!
Both of our techs (Tito & Luis) were great. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Our heating went out and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue. They also took the time to explain everything. Even went above and beyond to clean out our humidifier system which wasn't working. Definitely would recommend Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling. It was easy to set a same day appointment and the pricing is reasonable.
Outstanding service at affordable price! Craig, the salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us an estimate and set us up on financing. He called later saying both AC & furnace would be installed the next day! Ray & Anthony arrived on time and put in systems, and we are so thankful for their detection of possible carbon monoxide in enclosed room. Thank you for your top rate service!
Michael S. was fabulous! My call was to have my ancient air conditioner serviced, making sure I was ready for summer heat. Michael however surpassed my expectations! Besides taking system readings and checking furnace and humidifier filters, he was very patient in answering all of my questions and concerns! As he was checking out my system, I noticed the Mission Heating and Cooling sticker on my furnace and hot water heater. It is because of great techs like Michael that I keep coming back!
