I've had my washer for about 5 weeks. It does not work well. This morning I woke up and the washer was still going SINCE LAST NIGHT. I called the guy who told me it was probably something wrong with my sewer system. I explained that all the setting work except for the permanent press, at which it stays stuck. He gave me more ideas on how to fix it myself. I guess the \one year warranty\ consists of phone support. No me duro mas que 5 semanas. Ahora quiere que la componga por telefono. Eso lo que me pasa por comprar usado. No vale la pena.
