I've been to Shah Eye Center a few times before for eye exams. Many times i have skipped their optical due to lack of what i felt was customer service. I decided to give it another try due to me folding my glasses that i have now. At first I knocked at the door as per the instructions and someone quickly came and invited me in. The person who opened the door quickly welcomed me with a smile and proceeded to explain to me all the new procedures. She was so friendly and assured me that someone would be with me momentarily. After 30 seconds of waiting another person called me up and she was just as amazing. She explained again the procedures and asked me what I was looking for. Many times other locations do not know what extra large frames are and this is something i struggle with since i use. The person who helped me knew exactly what i needed and showed me where they were. She explained in detail type of lenses they have now and did NOT push anything i did not want. When I left I felt that I was cared for which is something that i haven't seen for a long time now due to covid and everyone being on edge. Whomever management is they did an amazing Job with training . Ive been in the hospitality business for 20 years and I must say that I have to step up my game in order to compete with Shah Optical Staff.

With all the money these doctors are making, they can't afford to turn on one of their three televisions. Wow! Two months later they got the TVs fixed!
I had a very bad experience here, not only was I waiting for hours but so were others everyone was getting up asking when they were going to be seen by the Dr. and everyone being told there were still people ahead of them. And If you have kids under 2 like I do they don’t care her appointment was for 10:10 and it was 1:00 when I asked how much longer until she sees the Dr. I was told there were 8 people ahead of her like seriously. I’d be leaving by closing time. I do not recommend. Pack your lunch and dinner if you plan on coming here. you’ll be there all day. Don’t know why they even make appointments if they don’t stick to the time given to you. I had to leave this was ridiculous!!!!!
What a waste of money and time. I went in and got charged 300 dollars for them to tell me simple stuff that I already knew and I was told they were going to call me to set up an appointment to get contacts but never got the call. At least I know to never trust and go to that damn place ever again.
The staff & Doctor Wessler were very friendly & courteous. Best visit I've ever encountered in the longest time.
