This Company resurfaced our asphalt roads in an RV Park, in Mission TX. I was on vacation at the time my road was resurfaced. They got asphalt all over my wood stained front porch, and skirting of my home. Instead of calling me and tell me what happened, they painted my porch, and my skirting! Without my permission! The blacktop was on my ceramic tile on screened in porch, my porch was no longer close to my house, and lucky I didn't fall down through the space they left between my porch and house. The blacktop is bleeding through the skirting paint job they did, the paint doesn't match the rest of the skirting! Blacktop is bleeding through paint on my porch! I have been home a week and they have yet to call me! I left a voice message today and no return phone call! The resort has contacted him \Mark\ and he can't pin down a date! I am allergic to the paint they used without my permission! The justice of the peace or a lawyer will be my next phone call!
