The entire team at Bridges has provided excellent care for my mom, Dorothy. The COVID safety precautions, room quality, safe outdoor areas, activity schedule, special events, house keeping, personalized meal plan, accurate medication administration, consistent communication with the family, the list goes on and on - it is all really impressive. The owner, director, and all the staff are attentive and responsive and friendly faces for my mother. Thank you for all that you do.

They really take care of my grandma, are really nice to my mom, and they got nice decor... It's a rough job but they do what they can. Pretty expensive but you gotta take care of family no matter what. I will say they are some things they can do better but I'll keep those to myself.
The Bridges is a wonderful place for those needing assistance in their daily lives. It’s nicely groomed and maintained outside, warm and welcoming inside. The rooms and common areas are comfortable, clean and fresh; balanced meals are nicely prepared; holidays and birthdays festively celebrated. The nursing staff competently takes care of doctor’s appointments and administering medications. And there’s a nice variety of programs provided for exercise, fun, and outdoor activity on a regular basis. But what is most important is the wonderful caring staff. I visit my mother often and I’ve never entered the facility without numerous smiles, hugs, and greetings from them, comments about how she’s doing, and asking if there’s anything they can do to help. Suggestions are cheerfully accepted and acted upon. I’m very pleased and comforted knowing that my mother receives such good care at The Bridges.
Firstly I would like to share that my experience with the management has been nothing but outstanding! The staff is EXCELLENT ! I have first hand seen how kind and caring the staff are with the patients. My father has memory issues that will not get better but I have seen him actively participate in the activities . His attitude has improved as well as my peace of mind. He is safe, well cared for, eats well, and genuinely happy I am very relieved that he is a resident of such a unique place I greatly express my thanks and appreciation to the Management and Staff.
So far so good. The family member we placed here has dementia, and often feels frustrated, no matter where they are. But so far, they seem happier here. The staff is kind and competent. The place is fresh, clean and comfortable, with a peaceful atmosphere. There a quiet shady outdoor area with a fountain. A good number of activities are provided, Food seems nutritious and we'll prepared.
