I love everything about this store. I wish there was a way to rent space in this store because I would 100% live here if I could. It’s so clean and organized and bright! I always end up spending more than I planned on but never regret it. Love this place.

I could seriously spend all day in this store… and have! I’ve also wiped out my savings account but my kitchen is stocked, damnit! You just can’t beat WS’s service. The employees know everything you could ever need to know about cooking. They even have someone there who’s the baker expert if that’s more your thing. I also love it when they have classes in the store. Definitely worth trying!

Terrible customer service. Go to any other location if possible. I ordered an item online for in-store pickup, and received an email that my order was ready. I braved the Holiday mall rush and went to the store within an hour of receiving the email. We showed up and show them my email and they couldn't find my order. The employee said someone else must have sold it on accident. There were no more of that item in stock and all they could do was send me on my way. Then they even marked the item as picked up! They claim they issued a refund, but I have no record of that, and they wouldn't provide me with a receipt or anything. I called online customer service and at least they located it at another store that they'll be shipping. But I'm very disappointed and frustrated that this location wasted a good portion of my day, and I got nothing but a "sorry." Not to mention that one of their employees was very rude on the phone.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU DEAL WITH ONLINE. PHONE CONNECTION IS SCRATCHY EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU CALL IN. INTERNALLY MESSED UP WITH SISTER STORES FINANCIALLY. CANCELLED MY CHRISTMAS GIFT WITH NO NOTIFICATION. CANCELLING MY POTTERY BARN CREDIT CARD ASAP.

Williams Sonoma seems to uses items you buy online to be their dumping ground for dented and damaged items.. I bought three boxes of cookies two of the boxes were dented and torn.. Really disappointed Especially because food items are nonrefundable. How convenient for them..

This company charged me twice for a 500 coffee machine and both times cancelled the order without notifying me and then kept the money for two weeks and took 4 hours to give me an answer that they would return the money and kept giving excuses as to why they did not ship the items.
