I would give this no stars if possible. I am also having a hard time getting a refund for a concert from MONTHS AGO. By reading the previous reviews, I am not sure if I will get my refund. I also, like others, have MULTIPLE emails stating I would get a refund. I have also tried to call and there is nobody answering the phone- just a message. Does anyone know if the Better Business Bureau would handle something like this? This is ridiculous. I know Covid has been terrible on everyone, but we as customers are also affected. I even contacted the event space that was hosting the concert, and they said they contacted MissionTix to refund my tickets based on the emails I had received. I still have heard NOTHING. This is very disappointing.I will not be purchasing any tickets associated with this company, and I will make sure that others are fully aware of what type of company this has proven itself to be.

Buyer Beware - if event gets canceled, you will not get more money back. I have been requesting a credit since June, they initially responded but recently have stopped communicating. There is no excuse for ignoring your customers!
I have been emailing for about a month now asking to get my money back for a refund from a cancelled show. I honestly can say don’t do business with this place. There is no customer service and the only way to contact is through emailing them since they’re phone number goes straight to an automated response. They say they’ll get back to you but clearly they’re in the business of stealing your money. It’s absolutely ridiculous and this review should be 0 stars if it was possible.
Thieves. Thieves. Thieves. DO NOT USE. Check out FB, etc., to read how many customers have been promised a refund for a canceled event [in my case, in writing, several times] have not received it, months and months later. I notice theyre still selling tix from new website, they don't respond to customers or the BBB. I'm contacting the Attorney General's office. Will sue if I have to.

DON NOT BUY tickets from this 3rd party when and event was canceled has been over a year and have seen no money back and customer service just gives you the run around if you can actually get ahold of someone very poor
I understand COVID-19 has impacted businesses but there is still customer care and support that should be maintained and I don't think they are doing this. A concert was cancelled and I requested a refund which was offered. That was in late March and it's September almost 6 months later and I still don't have my money. I've received multiple updates claiming I'll get it in 30 days or 2 weeks or next week but I still haven't received it. Just frustrating. Update: I did receive my echeck a few days after posting this. I realize COVID is tough but after a while a business should recognize what is and isn't working and adjust. It not a matter of just not getting the refund but the was no communication letting me know the refund was delayed from the original message. I had to reach to them to figure out what was going on and even then didn't get correct info.
If I could give this company zero stars, then I would. I rarely ever leave reviews but I’ve been trying to get my money back for weeks now and I have not been contacted by any of their employees. I have sent at least 10 emails, messaged the company on Facebook multiple times as well as Instagram. I’m not sure what else to do at this point because if you call them, you don’t even get to leave a voicemail but instead get an automated message telling you to email them (which doesn’t work). Their customer service is horrible and irresponsible.
