My son is receiving kind, thoughtful care at MDSC. His staff is compassionate. They investigate immediately when there is a behavior and look for triggers and issues of consistency and routine that may have contributed. The house manager is actively concerned about the well-being of her staff as well as the residents. They involve other professionals as needs arise. We feel blessed to have this level of care just 15 minutes from our home.

This company has got to be the worst to work for. I know of 2 law suits against them for mistreating their employees, one of them including one that was pregnant and they fired her for ot being able to perform her job.\ My wife worked here and she had to miss work with a doctor's note for kidney stones and another time for pneumonia and strep throat. They wanted her to work around disabled people while severely ill. Her boss accused her of being homophobic because he was gay, when she had never said anything about his sexual orientation. They fired her because she was \unfit for the job\ aka sick with doctor's notes. If you want to be treated like trash and get paid for it I guess this is the job for you. No wonder they are short 50-60 people for the company.
