I am a new customer for Texas Pride Disposal. I got online to create an account and I saw the help chat. Racheal in the Help Chat was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Here is a Great suggestion, could Texas Pride Disposal bring some Trash Bins into Houston for a customer pickup day on a Saturday in the very near future? Most of us have to work M-F. Unsure how their trash service is yet, but I will post more in the near future.

I am a new residential customer. As with any new service providers, I did not know what to expect with on-line/chat contact. I was very pleased to have worked with a wonderful customer service agent named Rachel. Rachel was responsive and knowledgeable. All of my questions were addressed.

Several issues, one with heavy trash pick up of a furniture item. The crew refused to pick up even though it was within guidelines. Unfortunately, after two weeks of no pick up we had to call in a complaint. Elderly guy (driver) of crew was apparently reprimanded. After the crew was forced to pick up the item, old guy came to our door in a threatening manor. Told us NOT to call his boss when we have issues, that if we have a problem to speak with him. Latest issue, my bagged trash was picked up and they preceded to dump some of my neighbors trash in our yard.

They don't ever pick up trash twice a week. Even though I'm paying for it. My trash stays three days by the mailbox because they miss a day. When I call they have no answers they just say they will get with dispatch. I would not recommend even if they offer you a low price. Service sucks!

It has been almost 3 weeks since we have seen Texas Pride Disposal #outonthejob. They have #failed to provide service at least once every week since we opted to give them the privilege of having another customer. The failure rate to provide service as of this writing is 26%. Pretty sure I will not get refunded for their #failure. This has to #theworstexperience for a process that seems so simple. While I do not claim to understand the trash business, I do know sales and customer service. Both of which this company miserably failed at. #BuyerBeware if you choose to use these guys as a provider. I have asked numerous times, through phone calls, email, social media and their website for resolution with not even the courtesy of a callback. While I will most likely discontinue their service, I want to make sure that others understand what they will be getting in to.
