We were traveling through South Dakota and developed issues with our RV's furnace. I called Jack's Campers and spoke with Kurt Menning who was able to get me in the same day. He quickly figured out the issue and expertly performed the service to get our heat back up and running. Kurt was great to deal with and we're grateful for the same day, professional service we received. He took the time to answer a few other questions I had on our RV. Thank you for your help!

We were in trouble with a new RV, hundreds of miles away from home, expecting guests to join us camping, and our water pump went out. After reaching out to a number of services not able to assist us in a timely manner, thankfully we discovered Jacks in Rapid City. Their Team, esp Thaddeus were amazing! Identified the correct pump, purchased, picked up, and replaced the pump before our guests arrived. When in need-call Jacks 1st!

We dropped our camper off almost a year ago to get hail fixed. After dozens of call to get stuff lined up things still weren't done We ended up selling our camper but new buyers wanted the damage fixed before they used it. Even after calling more and trying to line up the repair Jacks made it a point that it was OUR fault, and how its our problem that they have such a huge turnover in employees that drop the ball on handling service work. We aren't the only ones that had this exact same thing happen. Two of our friends both have had horrible experiences and even got to the point they were calling the owner and he even blocked their number. If you want to get run through the mud, over charged and treated like garbage...This place is for you!
