My experience renting from Marcus has been an absolute mess. Yard was trashed when I moved in, lucky for him there was snow covering the ground when i signed the lease and you could not tell there were still tons of leaves from last fall everywhere. along with construction mess not being cleaned up inside the home, debris in every single window sill, heat register, any crevice that was not easy to see until i moved in. A tree fell down a month or so after I moved in and he neglected to have that taken down for over a week while it was laying on my neighbors garage. It took myself and my neighbor complaining before anything was set in motion. THEN the “tree company” didn’t remove ANY debris from the tree. Leaving enough sticks to cover the ground that you cannot walk without tripping over them (which still has not been taken care of). My shed is still not useable 6 months in. He held off removing the tree because he “didn’t have the money” and apparently that’s my problem. Do not rent from him if you care about maintaining a nice home.
