This company is top notch. They are highly skilled, professional carpenters and roofers. So far they have done three different large projects for my family, and all of them turned out super nice. Ask for Marty; he will treat you right. Each crew comes up with ideas on the fly to improve a project too — try them for your next patio or porch!

I FIRST USED MLW IN 2019 WHEN THEY REPLACED THE ROOF ON OUR HOME. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT, VERY TIMELY JOB! IN FEBRUARY 2020 WHEN MY HUSBAND SUDDENLY PASSED AWAY, I WAS FACED WITH A LOT OF IMMEDIATE AND NECESSARY REPAIRS TO OUR HOME. I CALLED MLW. MARTY CAME OUT AND WE DID A WALK-THRU ACCESSING THE REPAIR NEEDS. SINCE IT WAS QUITE EXTENSIVE MARTY SUGGESTED HE DO THE PROPOSAL IN PHASES OF PRIORTIY ORDER. THIS WORKED PERFECTLY BOTH IN TIMING AND FINANCIALLY. THE CREWS HE SENT TO DO THE WORK WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY CONSCIENTIOUS IN AND ABOUT THEIR WORK ETHIC. THEY OFFERED EXPLANATIONS OR SUGGESTIONS WHEN I RAISED QUESTIONS. EACH JOB WAS COMPLETED EXPERTLY AND IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE CREWS ALL WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROUD TO BE EMPLOYEES OF MLW CONSTRUCTION – MOST FOR MANY YEARS. SHOULD I HAVE ANOTHER JOB THAT COMES UNDER THEIR EXPERTISE, MLW WILL BE MY FIRST PHONE CALL.

We recently used MLW construction to build an outdoor living space and roof over our existing deck. Having met with several contractors before, we were not certain that our vision would be possible due to a complicated roof line. When Marty first came he immediately knew exactly what we wanted and provided us with answers to all of our questions. During the building phase, he dealt immediately with potential problems when they would arise so that they would not delay the project. All of his crew was totally professional and courteous. We have done many home renovation projects and have never had customer service anywhere near what we had with MLW. We will certainly be doing business with them in the future. APS

We had a great experience working with MLW. We had our roof replaced due to storm damage. We decided to do a whole outer makeover on the house since we were getting a new roof. MLW was able to replace damaged siding, replace windows, fix interior water damage, and paint the house without a problem. They worked with the insurance company and were able to get other repair items added to the claim. This will be the company I call in the future to do any work on my house.
