I had to return as was missing a document for real ID. Staff were so helpful and accommodating in letting me come back the next day w/o new appointment. Operation was well run and organized and worker who did my license was patient, explained process clearly and very kind and professional. Great attitudes for ppl who are doing a tough job dealing with the public.

Currently closed because of Covid-19 as 07/22/2020 4:00pm. Tried reaching support/representative on provided phone number but wasnt able to connect. Prior to covid-19 I had very good experience. My Real Id/ State Id application was completed within 30 mins including time of waiting.

During covid if you make an appointment and come prepared it's super easy!!

Normally go by appointment, but the line was short, and I had all my paperwork, so it ended up being the quickest DMV trip of my life.

Check online first, there are some things you can take care of online. During COVID they're highly encouraging appointments. However, when I looked today, the earliest appointment available was over 6 weeks away. They did take me as a walk-in, but be patient. I highly recommend bringing every bit of paperwork you have that is remotely related to your identity or your car, plus two utility bills with your address, for any business you are doing. They always need more proof than they list on the internet. Secondary recommendation: have a drink, a smoke, take your Xanax or Magnesium, bring a book, or whatever calms your anxiety before you go. Staff is helpful, but the process always seems more complicated than necessary.
