Please enforce and follow the post and state mask rule. I walked by this place a few times yesterday, and the lady employee had her mask off the whole time, conveniently talking to her co-worker.

Minimally manned after work and some of the reps don't have good customer service skills. Will just leave you waiting without greeting you while they are dealing with other customers. Thought about giving them some business but will just still with Best Buy for future phone purchases.
