10:30 pm our reefer broke down in Dallas TX. We called Joe and paid 383 for him to be dispatched to repair our reefer. He did not show up at his ETA. An hour later we got a Text message saying that his service truck was broke and he had to tow it to the shop and switch over everything to a different one. He then gave us our 3rd ETA after all this time being 6:30 am. Would not answer any of
