Very helpful and informative. Joey did a great job of answering my questions over the phone and helping me at the store as well. I had previously called another location and and the staff member was quite rude and unprofessional, much happier with my experience here. Definitely recommend this store in the future.

Stopped in for a estimate on some siding and some gutters for my mobile home. I did not have The exact down to the inch measurement how many doors how many windows When being questioned about the home and the guy was very condescending smart Alec he with a matching look on his face so that point after being looked at as if I was bothering them I told him exactly that that I was bothering them and I would take my business elsewhere because it just seemed like they were not interested in selling anything or helping at all quite disappointing considering I was looking for a place just like this very close to home and I would have everything in a trailer would need. What a sad excuse for a business to be open during this time and have no interest in helping someone that came in to get all new siding and all new gutters willing to spend the money.

This place is great. Needed to replace a back door on a manufactured home. It was the first one I've done so had quite a few questions. Jacob helped me out his answers were on the money as I was doing the project. Quality sturdy door at a great price. If any part of your life involves mobile manufactured or prefabricated homes this place is going to be your best starting point. Thank you for the advice Jacob door exchange was a success.

I stopped in today 7/15/20 to place an order and I do not even know how this establishment is remaining open. There was no working air conditioner and the staff literally looked sick. There is no way this is safe, legal or at the very least ethical. Obviously a very poorly run company with very little regard for their staff. I will not be continuing any business with this company in the future. UPDATE - I returned to this store and was absolutely appalled by the temperature in the building. It had to be close to 100 degrees INSIDE. Despite this, I was still greeted with the same courteous service by both Joey and the other associate working at the time, even though they were red in the face and sweating. I cannot imagine how it must be to work in that heat their entire shift, I barely lasted 15 minutes before leaving. This shows a complete disregard by ownership and I am not even sure how they get away with the lack of air conditioning here in Phoenix. There is no way it is legal and I’m sure the labor board would advise there are temperature regulations. Stopped in recently for a second time, and after having a less than pleasant experience with the previous guy in charge, the new manager Joey was much more helpful. He was knowledgeable, professional and spent quite a lot of time helping me and my wife with all the details of our purchases. Very happy we decided to give this location another shot since it is very close for us. The only complaint this time around was the temperature in the building, it was extremely hot outside and not much better inside.

Still waiting to hear from the manger on a damaged window. Called the window company and said I had to go through Mobile Home Depot. Frustrating!!! I still need more windows and not happy so far!!
