Very friendly lady, who has a wonderful sense of down to earth humor. Had our tub when she said she would, though she was very honest in stating shipping is out of her control! We will be back!

I wish I could give a big ZERO. My husband went there Today and was beyond disrespected by the Woman at the desk. I couldn't believe how upset he was when he got home, and he isn't one to go on about someone's behavior but she really ruined his day. I don't understand how a buisness owner could be successful with such bad ethic. If he ever goes back, which hopefully he won't, I will be there to set her straight. There has to be a buisness law on not disrespecting your well paying customers!

I called and ordered 30x80 interior doors for our home and when I picked them up, there was a sticker on them that said 30x80, which matched what our receipt showed. When I got them home, they were more like 29.5x80, which I did not notice until I had already hung one and saw there was a noticeable gap and the door would not latch. I decided to take the doors back and get the right size elsewhere, but when I got there, the gal at the front desk immediately got upset with me and said that the doors were dirty and she needed to charge me 20 per door (yes, they were dusty, but a wipe down with a rag would have solved the issue so 20 to wipe down a door seems EXTREMELY excessive). She would not return the door that I tried to hang because it had screw holes in it. When I pointed out to to her that the "dirt" on the doors was simply "dust" she said she was going to work with me but now she wont and proceeded to ring up the credit receipt, minus the 20 per door fee and the door that had been drilled. My wife and I try to support local businesses, but his local business provides materials that don't match what they say they are selling you on top of very unprofessional and rude service.

Some times she is nice other days rude. But seams like it's not a way out it's the only mobile home supplies near to me so am stuck I like it or not.
