Stay the hell away from this place. They are a bunch of liars and scammers. This past September, I put down a "down payment" of 769.00 for a new steering column from Japan. They said that it will take 5 months for the column to get to their place. When I talk to the staff there, they acted as if I do not know what I am talking about. Now, I need to find a place that can reposition my steering column. DO NOT EVER GO THIS PLACE AT ALL.

initially my intention was to give them a 5 star review since they seemed like straight forward men but these guys can't keep their word, bought a truck a in Oct 2020 and still can't get them to provide the parts under the deal that we made after contacting Jesse multiple times and having him ignore my messages, noticed I was charged 1500 more in my final bill for "cash price" and went right over my head initially and finally because Im from Florida I specifically asked about my registration and the way of handling the situation, I was completely misinformed and had to pay the 800 tax difference up front when I went to register it, will not buy from there ever again.

My husband contacted them online and James Jesse was the greatest. This car was my birthday gift and James and Chris made it happen. They are super professional, kind, and fast. I love this place. They have a great selection of great cars and staff. Check them out please you won't be disappointed. I will be coming back to buy my husband's gift!

Excellent buying experience!! Purchased my vehicle from Mobile Mitsubishi and very pleased with all of them. The staff is very easy to deal with and professional, I highly recommend Malik, he knows what he’s doing, very knowledgeable about cars and is always ready to answer and assist me with whatever I’m asking, you won't find pushy salesmen at this dealership. I will definitely buy again from them when I upgrade one day. Andre was very helpful too. Will definitely refer them all to family, friends, and associates.

Came here out of town for 5 recall repairs it was a 5 hour wait. No service vehicle replacement or even an offer for ride to wherever I needed to go. Less than friendly/helpful and then tried to sell me repairs that weren't needed. Shameful and Disgraceful. Buyer beware. Unscrupulous practices from these employees.
