Mrs. Jennifer at Floor Trader in Mobile, Al off of Schillingers road was so helpful and polite to my wife and I when we came in looking at new flooring for our house. We had the slightest clue on what we were looking for. She took the time to show us so many options Floor Trader had to offer. She was patient and courteous to answer every single question we had to ask and was willing to help us find exactly what we were looking for. From the first day we walked in the store, to the completion of our new flooring, Mrs.Jennifer was there for everything we needed, no questions asked. Because of her, Floor Trader has a returning customer for life! We could not have done this without you ma’am. Thank you so much for all your help!!!

Our flooring expert took the time to walk us through the entire process, asking questions to find out what we really wanted, rather then just selling us what we thought we wanted. I came back the next day with additional questions which she devoted more time to answer, even bringing her VP to the discussion. They covered all my questions fully. I absolutely LOVE my new floors and can’t rave enough about my awesome experience. Jenn was so helpful during a time when I felt overwhelmed by the whole process due to a flood in my home. She made the process SOOO simple and I picked out and purchased my floors all in the same day. And the installers!!! Barbara and Steven were WONDERFUL installers. Extremely nice people with incredible expertise. HIGHLY recommend.
