This has been the WORST experience! I would not recommend to anyone, EVER! They are irresponsible, unprofessional, have ZERO customer service skills, and blame shift for their mistakes! I would recommend anyone BUT these people! Don’t waste your time or your money! Because we wasted A LOT of both & now we have to go somewhere else to get this job done! Wrico Signs is NOT worth the trouble!

Would give Zero stars but not an option. This company if they can be called that is very unprofessional. They ignore request, provide incomplete quotes, refuse to return calld and waste a lot of the customers time. In my opinion they are not worth the headache. If you don't want my business just say so. I wasted a month attempting to work with them. I had an insurance repair and my adjuster got frustrated and asked me to move on to a different company. Wrico is the Wrongco for sign work or basic curtousy.

No one ever returned numerous phone calls or emails. Needed a new LED sign created for a new business. After the initial phone call no one ever call me back. Left numerous voice mails and sent several emails with no response. Sad you can't get customer service especially with such a large purchase.
