Very helpful. When I got home, the walker I had bought would not go through the bedroom door or the bathroom door. I had to return it and find one more suitable for me. Thank you, Mobility Depot.

Working with this place was a nightmare. I am trying to buy a heavy duty mobility scooter. . the saleswoman I first spoke with just told me they didn't make one big enough for my weight. It was illegal to sell me one below my weight. It will nullify the warrenty, but not illegal. I knew there were models large enough so I did the work and called her back with the name and models. She wasn't pleased. I made my doctors appointment to get evaluated. Spoke with her supervisor about her attitude. Got a call a few days later was told they did not want to sell me the scooter because they could not make enough profit on it. The place is a provider for my insurance and is refusing to sell me an item in their inventory because of the contract they signed with Blue Cross. The supervisor then tried to make it sound like I was being difficult because they offered to sell me an electric wheelchair. Wheelchairs do not come apart like scooters. I can not fit a wheelchair in my car. Told her so. I was told they would deliver it to me but how I moved it around after that was not their concern.

The folks here are solid gold! My mom is partially paralyzed from a brain tumor, so she basically lives in her lift recliner. Mr. Keith at the Mobility Depot not only went above and beyond to help us find a new one with all the features she needs, but when her old one broke down suddenly, he saw to it personally that the best one of their floor models for her arrived as quickly as possible, in this case on the same day! For us, this meant she didn't have to go a single night without a place to sleep she could get in and out of independently. The ladies on the sales floor were also wonderful, friendly, and helpful, so every part of the experience was easy and pleasant. Thanks so much, y'all!
