Yesterday, January 6,2021, Ethan installed a chair lift in our home. He did a great job and went above and beyond in helping us by explaining and showing us the features. He also removed a door that would impede the use of the lift. Friendly and courteous. Great guy and great job.

We had Mobility First install two stair lifts for us. Mobility First installed the stair lifts the next day after we ordered them. The stair lifts work perfect for us, except one of them made a noise. They took care of it right away. Both stair lifts has always operated perfectly. We are 100% satisfied with Bill the owner, Ethan the technician, and Steve the technician. We highly recommend the Mobility First product and the customer service.

Had an older scooter making noise. Duff service tech was very good to check it. I decided to buy a new one. Duff was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He went to the store took pictures of the scooter he was recommending. An hour later he delivered it. Perfect for me! He was very patient, friendly and explained everything about my new scooter. Highly recommend Mobile First. Duff was great.
