I asked for a quote for repairs on my van a year ago and they never responded. He must have been too distracted by his casual company. I decided to contact them again to buy another van. There was never an answer so I left a message. I tried a couple days later and got the voicemail again. I left the last message I will ever leave there. I am picking up my van from the dealer I got my first van from in Albertville. I would highly recommend against using this company. Very undependable. I have never left a negative review for anyone but people in need of a service like this need to know.

I brought my Van in to have them look at a ramp 3 months ago. They told me that they had ordered parts and were waiting for them. I have called probably 5 times asking when my part is gonna be in and when can they fix my Van. They keep telling me that they are still expecting the parts in. I gave up and took it to CARS and within one day they had my van fixed. Don't know what's up with this place, but I will not be bringing my van back there again.
It's great to have a wheelchair van dealership in Central MN. The overall service here at IMED is top notch and am in the process of buying a new van. If you're in need of a new van, sales manager Justin will guide you and get you living Independent again. I have had my van repaired twice. The tech guy Josh did an above average job. I will be coming here for all my conversion repairs.
Josh has been wonderful to work with. We drive from Glenwood so it's been so convenient to drive to Waite park instead of Roseville. I would highly recommend Imed Mobility. We will be doing our maintenance here from now on.
