We purchase a new Keystone Laredo 298srl fifth wheel in December of 2020. Randy Edwards was our salesman and I cant say enough about the commitment and willingness he showed to help us to get the fifth wheel we were looking for. I started talking to Randy almost two years ago about what features I was looking for. He stayed in touch from time to time which is the sign of a great salesman who cares about their customers. In that time the Laredo brand was no longer available at the Mocksville dealership but was available at another Campers Inn location. I talk to Randy and the general manager about my desire to purchase from them and they worked it out to were they could get it delivered to their location. The day I meet to pick up our fifth wheel the whole Camper's Inn staff was great, knowledgeable and made sure we felt appreciated. Highly recommend Campers Inn Mocksville. Then after my first trip I noticed a few things that needed attention. I contacted Campers Inn service department and spoke to Tkeisha Chandler and arrange to bring it in. When I arrived Tkeisha knew I was concern with leaving the camper to be checked and repaired and she assured me she would keep me updated which she did. Adam was the service technician and everything he repaired and serviced looks good and works as it should. I was very pleased with everything they did.

I bought a camper from these folks in November and was very pleased with the sales transaction. Steven was my salesman and helped me at time of sale and several times after the sale. They clearly go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I’ve also had a service visit with them to. Eric was spectacular and patient with a newbie. I just finished A two week trip in the camper and had a lot of fun. However the most revealing thing was talking to other owners and finding out how relatively mediocre the service and customer focus the experienced with their dealers. Knowing what I know now on a comparative basis I clearly would highly recommend the folks in Mocksville. They understand customer service!

Great experience buying a camper this week! Randy was great as well with info and knowledge and got us exactly what we wanted. Can't beat the service department, very detailed and I loved Jim Bob!!!!!! Cody is learning but did a wonderful Job explaining things! This is my 4th camper. Campers inn will be where I buy my fifth one if I do.. .......

We located a gently used Class B at Campers Inn and connected with our sales person Stephen Dyson. He spent time with us explaining the features. Stephen was very helpful and answered all of our questions. A few days later we purchased the van. The day we picked up the van Eric with Service spent additional time with us to make sure we understood all of the van functions. All of the staff at Campers Inn were very friendly and helpful and we are so happy with our purchase!
