I wish any of these people knew what they were talking about. It's a different worker everytime. They never answer the phone. One day the dark headed lady says I have full coverage and the day after the blonde one says I have no coverage and I owe them xyz amount of money. I get forms in the mail saying I have coverage for the next six months but I try to use my \coverage\ and its not there and the only explanation I get is \well sometimes the state send out stuff they're not supposed to.\ No, I don't think they do. I think you have no idea what you're talking about.

No zero stars available? So, I understand that the employees of this office have a job to do. That job being to investigate accusations of child abuse. That being said, my family was harassed several times for no reason. Our kids claimed abuse several times. None of their claims were true and it was obvious the claims were false. Still yet, this department investigated us several times for 4 to 8 months at a time, even admitting there was zero evidence of abuse. The person in charge of our investigation became extremely upset with me when I told her I did not want to go to her office to answer questions after I spent 10 hours that day at work. As a result, my family was forced into family counseling because she felt that I was anti-social and displayed \troubling\ behavior. If you ever get a call from this office, do not talk to them without a lawyer present. If you are a great parent, they will harass you to no end. This goes on while children elsewhere are being abused severely.

Been calling this place since 8 o'clock this a.m. and getting the same recording. Every number associated with Social services has the same one also. It's now 2:15 and I have yet to hear a human voice that's not automated. Lousy service !!!

The rating is different for some workers there but all in all. I have had the worst experience with this office with my little girl I've ever had. The worker we had twisted words and honestly made things up and put it in legal documents eviews\ and those are the papers hat the judge saw and made a picture in the judges mind that made us look like terrible people
