Such a horrible experience. The couple that owns it are unbelievably rude. My bridesmaid dress was altered there to the point where it no longer fit. When I went to pick it up and asked what was wrong they denied it and said I was being dramatic. When I kept asking they seriously laughed at me and totally gaslit me. I mentioned how it was dirty where dirty hands were clearly holding it and they said "it was like that when it came in." It was a new dress!!! They did a horrible job overall and just were awful to work with. I will absolutely not be returning here.

I have been a regular customer for several years and Yelena’s alteration skills still impress me every time. She has altered everything from a floor-length formal gown with intricate lace layers to business suits which always end up fitting like a glove. She clearly knows and loves what she is doing. MODA is very communicative and always has the alterations done by the date promised. Both owners are friendly, professional, and accommodating. Beautiful work! Would highly recommend.
I had them embroidery my business logo on a shirt and they did an awesome job! It was also very affordable! Will definitely go back!
Have been using Moda for 15 years, have never had an issue until this last alteration. I had straps added to a bridesmaid dress it cost 50. When I picked the dress up originally, I didn’t try it on because it was a simple alteration, got it home that night and my straps still had pins in them and were incomplete. I took the dress back, she “fixed” it. However on the day of the wedding before I even got the dress fully on, the right strap broke. It was a disaster!!! I called Moda the following week, to tell her about the issue and she was completely rude to me, claimed I was lying about the strap and making it up in order to get my money back and refused to give my money back. Had she approached the issue head on an apologized I would have continued to use her for future alterations, but with the poor customer service after 15 years of being a loyal customer and promoting her business to others I will NOT be returning and will ensure to inform anyone looking for an seamstress to avoid her business.
